Good Times in Jersey

Our Halloween ended with a super treat - Henry REALLY crawled for the first time. He has been up on his hands and knees ready to go for a couple of months and on Halloween night he finally made the big move! We are now back from a terrific weekend in Jersey. Henry's first airplane ride was great - he slept the first half hour, then played the rest of the way there. We were so happy to see everyone! And, Grandpa Hacker met us there. Thursday night Laura and I and friends attended another Bon Jovi concert and it was so much fun. Babysitters Jeff, Grandpa and Tim stayed home with Olivia, Sophie and Henry. On Friday we got lots of fun playtime, including a trip to the park, Sophie's gymnastics and Olivia's brownie meeting. We enjoyed a cozy evening in on Friday night with Grandma El's delicious, REAL Italian pizza. On Saturday my dad and I attended a symposium at Drew while everyone else hit the reptile house at the zoo. Saturday evening was another warm and cozy evening in with more Italian yummies from Grandma El. My good friend Stacey was able to join us for the evening. Sunday morning we received a send off breakfast with all the family. We loved being back in New Jersey, and look forward to our next visit. To all of you, our NJ family, we love you...thank you so much for such a perfect weekend. AND, congrats to Olivia for being Student of the Month this month, and to Sophie for being Star of the Day on Tuesday!
